Recently, we took this commitment a step further by formalizing and centralizing our QA principles. The Wilde QA initiative is founded on a 3-Tier Leadership Approach. It includes a Web-enabled QA Portal used by every member of our team to communicate, document and measure all quality assurance initiatives. And, it empowers the Wilde leadership to encourage their teams to actively participate in Continuous Process Improvement.
