Provide both business processes and information technology expertise to successfully translate internal and external client business vision into a finished technology solution. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is responsible for understanding client business objectives and issues, advising and devising solutions, as well as applying technologies; all with a keen emphasis on client satisfaction and ROI. The BSDA will document all aspects of implementation requirements and strategy to provide solutions that are directly aligned with our client's business goals. The BSA will participate in and support multiple projects. The BSA will accompany and support the sales staff with new solution opportunities. It is the responsibility of the BSA to analyze and document current system and operational processes. Experience writing business requirements is a must for this position.
